Typical project team comprises of a Technical Lead with 2-3 Process Scientist and 1 Analytical Chemist.

 

Team Leader

 

  • PhD / MS (Organic Chemistry) with 10 – 15 years of experience.
  • Significant knowledge in process development, technology transfer & scale up.

 

Process R&D Scientist

 

    • PhD / MS (Organic Chemistry) with 2 – 6 years of process development experience.

Analytical R&D Scientist

  • MS (Analytical Chemistry) with 2 – 5 years of experience. Guided by Analytical R&D Lead (PhD / MS)

 

Program Manager

 

  • B. Tech/ MS with MBA. Experience of 3 – 5 years
  • Excellent Customer Relationship, Analytical and Planning skills, Risk Identification & Mitigation and Communication skills
